WE OFFER SHIPPING TO THE US AND CANADA.

Thank you for shopping at Creative Arcades. The following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.

 Please note: if you live down a road or driveway that couriers cannot access safely, deliveries may not be completed at that address and pick up may be requested.

Please notify us at sales@creative-arcades.com or give us a call at 949-381-7367 immediately of any special delivery requirements including remote locations, steep and/or narrow roads/driveways/bridges, dirt roads, etc. Will call (customer pick up) may be required. Signature is required upon delivery. Inside service is not included with freight carriers. Please ensure we have the best contact information for your order upon check out.

Processing and Shipping time: 
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after submission. Our current shipping processing time is approximately 5-10 days from the purchase date to the ship date. This timeframe includes the production of your product, quality control checks, and packaging for shipment. Once shipped via freight, it will take approximately 7-10 business days to receive dependent on location. Please note that this is an estimate and can vary depending on the complexity of your order, the quantity of items ordered, and any customizations or personalization's that may be requested.

Order Tracking: 
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline 949-381-7367 or emailing sales@creative-arcades.com.

Delivery Costs: 

We offer Free Freight Deliveries on Orders In The States

 

Shipping delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

⭐ White Glove Delivery [$600]: Your arcade will be delivered, unpacked, moved to the room of your choice inside the building, and assembled (if assembly required). **White Glove Delivery does not include assembling stools or taking away packing materials. White glove is typically 3-4 weeks from purchase date till delivery date.

⭐ Arcade Machines are shipped via freight or our own delivery drivers. Delivery windows are provided, however, Creative Arcades does NOT GUARANTEE specific time and delivery windows due to traffic delays, weather restrictions, and unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Creative Arcades is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Failed Delivery
If the order cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes both shipping and return shipping costs, storage fees that may apply.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect and document all issues in regards to damages, missing or incomplete packages, and any other concerns that you may have. You will have 3 business days upon receipt to file and process a claim for damages. 
To process claims for damages, please take note of the packaging, images of the product, and images indicating damages. Send those images to Logistics@creative-arcades.com for processing and a claim will be started.
